Craig Strong brings over 25 years of experience to the real estate industry and is a top-producing agent at Compass. Originally from New York, Craig played an integral role in the four-generation family-owned business, Point Blank Body Armor. He relocated to Los Angeles in the late 90s, where he quickly transitioned into real estate. His personal success as an agent allowed him to build his own client base and establish a solid reputation in the field.

A longtime resident of Toluca Lake for 25 years, Craig is deeply invested in the community. He understands local issues and is actively involved in addressing them. He has served on the Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council for over 15 years, co-chairing the Neighborhood Watch and Public Safety committees. Craig also played an active role on The Chamber and the HOA. He now currently serves on the Board of the Toluca Lake Beautification Partners, working to improve and enhance the neighborhood. Passionate about philanthropy, Craig also fundraises for Children’s Hospital and The Penny Lane Centers. He is dedicated to preserving the local traditions, serving as Chair of the Toluca Lake Magical Holiday Parade to keep the event alive and thriving.

Craig’s love for Toluca Lake runs deep not just in his work but in his personal life. His two children, Samuel, a recent UCLA graduate with a degree in Computer Science Engineering, and Aden, who is currently attending NYU, grew up in Toluca Lake and continue to stay close to their childhood friends. After closing deals and negotiating with clients, Craig loves to unwind by hitting the golf course, where he can take a swing, clear his mind, and enjoy the game he’s truly passionate about.

As Coach and Lead Mentor at Compass, Craig developed the Strong Mentorship Curriculum, a training program designed to guide and elevate the next generation of real estate professionals, setting a higher standard in the industry. His success is built on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and a relentless commitment to both his clients and his community.
