Craig Strong brings more than 25 years of experience to the real estate industry and is Executive Director of Luxury Home Sales at Compass, where he ranks among the top 1% of agents nationwide. With more than $2.5 billion in career sales and 2,500+ homes sold, he has earned numerous prestigious awards and a reputation as an industry leader. He is highly regarded for his sharp negotiation skills, extensive marketing expertise and client-first mentality, expertly guiding buyers, sellers and investors through complex, high-end transactions.

2026 has been a landmark year. Craig and the Craig Strong Group have closed 136 transactions totaling $238.9 million so far, up nearly 15% over 2025, including the record-breaking $13,220,000 sale of 3274 Oakdell Road in Studio City.

Originally from New York, Craig played an integral role in Point Blank Body Armor, his family’s four-generation business. He relocated to Los Angeles in the late 1990s, quickly transitioned into real estate, and built his own client base and a reputation that has only grown since. Following the passing of Bob and Dolores Hope, Craig handled the sale of the Hope Estate in Toluca Lake, selling it to Ron Burkle in 2018 for $15 million.

A Toluca Lake resident for more than 25 years, Craig is deeply invested in his community. He has served on the Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council for over 15 years, co-chairing the Neighborhood Watch and Public Safety committees, and has played active roles with the Chamber and the HOA. He serves on the Board of the Toluca Lake Beautification Partners, chairs the Toluca Lake Magical Holiday Parade, and fundraises for Children’s Hospital and The Penny Lane Centers. His sons, Samuel, a UCLA graduate in Computer Science Engineering, and Aden, an NYU graduate, grew up in Toluca Lake and remain close to their childhood friends.
