As an Angeleno for more than 20 years, Beau has lived throughout Los Angeles—from the Westside to the Eastside—developing a deep understanding of the city’s unique neighborhoods, lifestyle, and culture.

His years spent exploring Los Angeles’ best restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries give him an insider’s perspective on what truly makes each neighborhood special. Whether helping clients find a vibrant urban setting or a quiet residential retreat, Beau offers valuable insight into the lifestyle that comes with every home.

Before entering real estate, Beau spent over a decade as an entrepreneur, successfully building and operating a hemp genetics business. This experience sharpened his strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex deals—skills he now uses to advocate strongly for his clients and achieve exceptional results.

Having trained in martial arts since youth and becoming a national and multiple-time state champion in Tae Kwon Do—and continuing his dedication through the past 9 years of Jiu Jitsu has provided him a Brown Belt at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Beau has developed the discipline and mindset to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and always find a way to win for his clients.
